It generates a 3-month forecast broken down by category and team, with event-based demand multipliers factored in. The more data you upload, the more accurate the forecasts become.

Yes, you can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. No contracts, no penalties.

ShelfPlay covers all major North American leagues: NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and NCAA. Our sports events calendar includes 13+ major events with demand multipliers, from Opening Day to the Super Bowl. We're adding international leagues and soccer (MLS, Premier League) soon.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your sales data is never shared with other retailers. Each account is fully isolated. We use enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases with automated backups.

Enterprise plan includes custom integrations with major POS systems (Shopify, Square, Lightspeed) and inventory management tools. Starter and Pro plans use CSV upload, which works with any system that can export sales data. We're building native integrations for Pro plans in 2026.

The Enterprise plan includes unlimited SKUs. If you're on Pro and approaching the 50K limit, we'll reach out proactively to discuss upgrading. There's no hard cutoff; we'll work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
